Word of the week - Prepare!!!
As hard as it is for us to face, Winter is coming! Fortunately Autumn has a beauty of her own so get outside and enjoy the colour as you PREPARE for winter 2010!
Pack: It's time to put away the toys, pools and tents left over from the summer holidays. As we start to experience more unpredictable weather they are often damaged. Pack them up now to save replacing them next year.
Nag: Yes, you are reading it right. Time to nag the man in your life (any male will do!) to check out the:
Date: Make a date (maybe 2 or 3) with your partner and/or friends. Now mark it on your calendar.
By making solid dates now for the winter months you will be more likely to follow through. Remember we need our friends more then ever over winter...

Wash: Sorry to say that while we are still experiencing such beautiful days it is time to freshen up all blankets and winter clothes ready for those cooler nights.
This is also the perfect time to check Jackets and other items still fit the kids. Then you can make a list of what you need to purchase.
You also may want to check the freshness of your curtains or furniture covers as well.
Squirrel: Avoid rainy dashes to the supermarket by starting to stock up on supplies.
and most importantly
(I don't care if you have aircon or the world's warmest fire. Nothing beats tucking into bed with a lovely warm hottie.)
Finally remember that although we are preparing for winter, it's not here yet! Remember to get out there and enjoy some of the nicest days of the year!

Don't give up your exercise....
Use a Pedometer (step counter) on your belt! It will make you feel so good. 10,000 steps a day, outside or in and you know you are winning!
Tip: Put your exercise clothes at the end of your bed so you can throw them straight on in the morning.
Find a heated indoor pool and melt in the warmth as you swim or walk your way to better health.
Swop exercise equipment with your friends or have exercise girls nights at home together. It's the perfect excuse for a gossip session!
