Q. How do I set M.Y.O.B to remind me to do a follow up call?

A. Go to Card file
Select your customer
Open the tab "Contact Log"
Click "New log Entry" at the bottom
Enter the information
Then enter a reconnect date for when you want to contact them.
Press "Record"

To action the follow ups:

From the "Command Centre" go to "To Do List"
Click the "Contact Alert" tab
Then you can action your follow up that are due from there...

Q. I have allocated the wrong amount to an invoice in MYOB! How can I undo it?

That is annoying isn't it? but not too much stress. Try this: Find the payment in "transaction journal", Click "Edit" on your top menu bar. Then select "delete payment". Now you have cleared that you can go back and allocated the payment correctly.
