If spring had sprung, then autumn has launched itself upon us.!!!
If like me you are still waiting for a true summer to begin then wait no more… it’s not coming. The mornings are a little chilly, the evenings are cold and damp so it’s time to get out and exercise more! While that seems crazy and what you really want to do is blob around on the couch, exercise is what we need to maintain a healthy body and mind. Throw on a jacket and drag the dog down the road with you or if you prefer to remain in doors, throw on a pedometer and make a step out of phone books. You can do this while you are watching TV. Make 10,000 steps a day your goal. That will keep you warm!
